The Committee on Banking and Insurance moved to amend the bill as follows:

On page two, section one, line fourteen, by striking out the word “may” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “shall”;

On page three, section five, line three, by striking out the word “and,” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “and/or”;

On page three, section five, line four, after the word “group” by striking out the comma and the words “or both,”;

On page six, section eight, line five, by striking out the words “are not” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “shall not be”;

On page six, section eight, line six, after the comma, by striking out the words “are not subject to subpoena and are not” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “shall not be subject to subpoena and shall not”;

And,

On page eight, section eight, line sixty-one, by striking out the word “does” and inserting in lieu the word “shall”.
